Donation History
The funds collected through the operation of the Women's League at Merry-Hill are distributed in the community to support breast cancer research, treatment and rehabilitation. Since 2012 we have facilitated the donation of over $55,000 to these incredible causes with the belief that your support will make a lasting impact on the local community. As a family-owned and operated business, we are proud to have the opportunity to help give back and want to thank each and every league member for their support over the years.

- Tee times are assigned each week and will be confirmed no later than Sunday before your round.
- If you are unable to attend golf for one week, it is your responsibility to contact the league coordinator to cancel your tee time before Sunday.
League Format and Scoring
This junior league program features a team vs. team format, providing a fun and social environment for kids aged 10 - 17 years of age. There is no individual scoring in our league, but rather a low-pressure team scramble format. Each player will be assigned to a team for the season, and the teams will compete each week for team points.
Team points are awarded for wearing their team shirt, weekly participation, handing in accurate scorecards, winning a match, and showing good sportsmanship. Additional points may be given to a team during special events and games. These points will accumulate throughout the entire league season. On the final league day (August 29) and closing tournament, one team will be named the "Champions" for having the most combined points.
Extra Information
- If your child will be away during any dates of scheduled league play, please inform the League Coordinator as soon as possible to cancel your tee time. This is out of respect for the other players so that appropriate groupings can be made ahead of time.
- League play will only be canceled in the event of a severe storm. If league play is canceled by Merry-Hill, you will be called on the day of the event and a rain check will be provided to your child.
- If you are unable to attend league play for any reason (vacation, holiday, etc.), a make-up date, raincheck, or refund will not be provided.
