League Format and Scoring

This junior league program features a team vs. team format, providing a fun and social environment for kids aged 10 - 17 years of age. There is no individual scoring in our league, but rather a low-pressure team scramble format. Each player will be assigned to a team for the season, and the teams will compete each week for team points.

Team points are awarded for wearing their team shirt, weekly participation, handing in accurate scorecards, winning a match and showing good sportsmanship. Additional points may be given to a team during special events and games. These points will accumulate throughout the entire league season. On the final league day (August 30) and closing tournament, one team will be named the "Champions" for having the most combined points. The closing tournament may be subject to provincial restrictions.
