We offer affordable, engaging programs designed for all ages and abilities. Whether your child joins a summer camp, girls’ or boys’ club, the junior golf league, or simply enjoys a round with family, our goal is to create lifelong lovers of the game in a safe and fun environment.

Who is a Junior Golfer at Merry-Hill Golf Club?

A junior golfer is anyone born in 2009 or later (ages 17 and under). Junior golfers:

• Receive junior green fee rates
• Are encouraged to participate in our junior learning programs
• Are eligible to purchase one of our Junior Membership options

2026 Junior Membership Offerings

Kids Club Card

Available for purchase in 2026 in the Clubhouse only (unlimited capacity)

Eligibility: Born in 2013 or later (ages 13 and under)

Benefits:

• Play FREE after 2:00 pm with a paying adult, 7 days a week!
• Ride in the golf cart for FREE any time with a paying adult

Perfect for families who want to introduce their young golfers to the course in a relaxed setting!

 PeeWee Membership - $320 plus HST

Eligibility: Born in 2013 or later (ages 13 and under).

Playing privileges:

• Monday to Friday after 11:00 am
• Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays after 1:00 pm.
• Restrictions are waived when playing with a paying adult (1 adult per group required).

Benefits:

• Free seat in a power cart with a paying adult.

Intermediate Membership - $400 plus HST

(Almost sold out! 6 memberships available as of Nov. 24)

Eligibility: Born between 2009 to 2012 (ages 14-17).

Playing privileges:

• Monday to Friday after 11:00 am
• Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays after 1:00 pm.
• Restrictions are waived when playing with a paying adult (1 adult per group required).

Member Benefits:

• Save 10% on golf merchandise (excluding sale items).
• Save 10% on food and beverage purchases.
• Save 25% on a seat in a power cart with a paying adult.

How to Register for a Junior Membership

Intermediate and PeeWee memberships go on sale on November 17th, 2025, starting at 12:00 pm through our online store. A $100 deposit holds your child's spot for the 2026 season. Once your deposit is processed, you will receive an email with four available dates to complete in-person registration at the clubhouse. During in-person registration, you will:

• Pay the remaining balance of your membership fee.
• Receive your junior bag tag.
• Update your junior member’s profile.
• Review and sign the Junior Membership Player Agreement.

Please note:

• A credit card must be added to all junior membership profiles.
• A photo of your junior will be taken at registration, so your junior must attend with you.
• If you cannot attend one of the scheduled registration dates, your deposit will be refunded and your spot forfeited, unless alternate arrangements are made with the clubhouse in advance.

Important Information for Junior Members:

• A credit card must be added to all junior membership profiles.
• Tee times must be booked in advance. All junior members must check in with the Golf Shop staff and Starter before their round.
• Junior Members are expected to demonstrate excellent golf etiquette and respect towards others on the course. Complaints will be handled on an individual basis.
• Junior Members may be paired with other golfers if booking as a twosome.
• The cancellation policy and no show fees apply to all junior members.
• Additional fees apply when participating in leagues, special events or Insider Events .
• Any misuse or fraudulent use of a membership will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Members must provide a photo for their account, which will be checked before each round.
• All memberships expire on December 31st, 2026. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Get ready for a season filled with excitement, laughter, and learning. Our expert instructors create a welcoming atmosphere where friendships grow, confidence builds, and the game becomes a source of endless fun! 

What's in store for your junior golfer?

• Skill-building activities that make learning the fundamentals a blast!
• Friendly competitions and challenges to encourage healthy competition
• A supportive community fostering teamwork and camaraderie
• Lifelong lessons on sportsmanship, discipline, and confidence

Junior Summer Camps - games-based learning for kids ages 6-9 and 10-13. Summer camp fills up quickly, so register early to secure your spot! Registration opens February 2nd at 10:00 am.

Junior League - Tuesday golf for kids ages 10-17. A semi-competitive program that gives juniors the chance to play weekly through the summer.

Girls Golf and Social - Girls only, ages 6-13! Each week includes a 75-minute golf lesson, followed by a snack and a fun activity or theme! Activities include but are not limited to friendship bracelet making, Christmas in July, outdoor yoga, and more! Join us for this super fun girls-only class! Early registration is required. 

Girls and Boys Club - A fun, low-pressure introduction to golf! Kids learn to hit, chip, and putt — plus golf safety, rules, and etiquette. Early registration is required. 

Little Tykes Lesson Program - for our youngest golfers (ages 3-5) who are ready to take their first swings! Early registration is required.
