Golf Shop Counter Staff

You are an important front-line customer contact who will engage our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will need to request information from our guests in order to book tee times, perform point-of-sale transactions and keep our computer database current. Your interactions with our guests are very important in our goal of developing strong customer connections which will encourage our guests to return to Merry-Hill Golf Club often.

Starter

You are an important front-line customer contact who will engage our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will greet our guests as they arrive and assist them in getting organized to have a great day playing golf at Merry-Hill. You are an essential teammate of the Golf Shop Counter Staff and the Players' Assistant. You will guide our guests to the correct starting Tee while maintaining decorum in a sometimes chaotic activity level. You will extend a sincere thanks along with an invitation to return to Merry-Hill soon. You are part of team that is focused on making each visit to Merry-Hill a pleasure for our guests and their friends.

Players' Assistant

You are an important front-line customer contact who will engage our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will travel throughout the golf course to ensure that our guests are fitting into the Time Par system. You will keep engaged with our guests to keep them current on the status of golf course activity. You will assist our guests in any manner necessary to help them maximize the fun and enjoyment of playing golf at Merry-Hill. You are part of team that is focused on making each visit to Merry-Hill a pleasure for our guests and their friends.

Restaurant Server

You are an important front-line customer contact who will engage our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will greet our Guests before or after their round of golf and offer them our best hospitality. You will interact with our guests with enthusiasm to encourage them to enjoy the quality and value of our food and drink offerings. You will maintain a close connection to our guests throughout their stay in our restaurant to ensure that their needs are attended to with courtesy and promptness. You will extend a sincere thanks along with an invitation to return to Merry-Hill soon. You are part of team that is focused on making each visit to Merry-Hill a pleasure for our guests and their friends.

Line Cook

You will prepare meals from our menu selection that are pleasing to the eye and the palate. You will be a part of our efforts to maintain a safe, clean and hospitable environment for guests and staff. You will work as a part of our team to make each visit to Merry-Hill a pleasure for our guests.

Activites and Promotions Director

You are an important front-line contact who will interact directly with our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will assist in promoting and monitoring events and activities at the Golf Club and generate new interest in Merry-Hill Golf Club through community outreach efforts. You will help to create a "buzz" around our goal of offering golf in an atmosphere of "fun, family and fitness". You will assist in the development and monitoring of staff training aimed at turning every guest into our best promoters.
